Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

I usually post all orders the morning after they have been placed, using an overnight courier service. Most orders should arrive within 1-2 days, but could take longer for rural or South Island locations.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Our website currently does not calculate international shipping costs, so if you live outside of Aotearoa, New Zealand and want to buy a book, get in touch with us and we should be able to arrange alternative shipping and payment methods.

What is your return policy? 

We do not offer returns for changes of mind, but if the product is faulty or damaged in anyway, flick us an email.
